YOGA TUNE-UP with TOMOKO:
This class uses small balls to role on particular muscles groups to alleviate tension. It is an advanced and specialized fitness format that builds “posture, and performance”. This class helps participants to release unhealthy tension patterns and blind spots, discover a “new normal” and continue to improve themselves even after the class. Some yoga experience is recommended.
HATHA FLOW with KATIE:
Age is measured by flexibility of the spine, the key to staying young is staying flexible. This series will work systematically from the base of the spine to the top . All 26 vertebrae will be stimulated, and the chakras will receive a burst of energy. This practice will not only do that, but it will also increase mental clarity as well as increased circulation of the spinal fluid, which is crucially linked to having good memory. To finish the practice we will do savasana, followed by a short and simple meditation for a calm heart.
SLOW FLOW & HATHA with TANYA:
This slow flow Hatha class invites you to land, breathe, and move with intention. We’ll start by checking in—how are you arriving today?—and build a steady breath to support the practice ahead.
Expect slow linked postures that open the body, build strength, and support healthy mobility. You’ll be offered choices throughout to meet yourself with care, challenge, or ease—whatever you need that day.
YIN & MEDITATION WITH TANYA
A quiet space to unwind and reconnect. This class combines long-held Yin yoga postures to release deep tension with gently guided meditation to calm the mind and settle the nervous system. No experience needed—just a willingness to pause.
When the body slows, it cools. Come comfy, bring layers and your coziest socks!
RELAXATION & MEDITATION With TANYA
A space to slow down and reconnect.
This class focuses on guided meditation and deep relaxation to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.
No experience is required—just comfortable clothing, warm layers, and socks for stillness.
HATHA FLOW with HEATHER:
This is a hatha based flow incorporating continuous movement while staying connected with the breath. The focus or the theme for each class will change but will usually have a series of warm up poses, followed by a sequence of more challenging standing poses and finishing with a sequence of seated poses. This flow will be at a slower pace with longer holds, designed to improve balance, mobility, strength, flexibility and a steady mind.
GENTLE YOGA FLOW with HEATHER:
This class will guide you through a sequence of yoga poses with a slow, gentle and mindful approach allowing you to connect with your body and breath. Appropriate for all levels of mobility this practice focuses on gentle stretching and movement and incorporating some low intensity strength and balance poses. The focus is on relaxation and release of mental and physical tension and joint stiffness. The intention is for practitioners to leave feeling restored and rejuvenated in mind and body
GENTLE HATHA FLOW with EMILIA:
A Hatha flow that incorporates gentle poses to enhance mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. This practice consists of foundational yoga postures and basic breathing techniques with modifications to accommodate varying abilities. Each class will consist of a series of gentle warm-up poses, followed by standing poses, and seated poses. All levels are welcome!
GENTLE YOGA with MAUREEN:
In this class, we focus on building confidence in the basics by learning simple poses, mobility, safe alignment, steady breathing and mindful transitions. We move at a comfortable pace that leaves you feeling grounded, open and energized. Expect a friendly, welcoming environment where laughter is welcome, and every body is celebrated.
FLOW/YIN with WEN:
This Flow/Yin class blends gentle movement with deep relaxation. We’ll start with a slow Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement to warm up the body, enhance flexibility, build strength, and improve balance. The second half focuses on longer-held Yin poses, targeting deeper connective tissues to release tension and calm the nervous system. Open to all levels, this class will leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and rejuvenated
